PH365 Terms of Use: What This Site Promises
Nothing on this site is an offer, a promise of winnings or a substitute for the lobby’s own rules. These PH365 pages are a player-side reference, and using them means you accept the six terms below. The privacy rules for this site cover the data side.
Who may use these pages
You must be 21+ to use this site and to follow any button on it. Gambling carries a loss risk on every stake, and no page here changes the maths of a game. If you are under 21, close the site. Local law on online gambling applies to you wherever you read, and following the rules where you live is your responsibility.
What this site is and is not
| This site is | This site is not |
|---|---|
| A reference written for players | The operator of PH365 |
| A reader of the lobby’s public pages | A place to register, deposit or withdraw |
| Paid a referral fee on sponsored buttons | A holder of your money or your account |
Details about who writes the pages and how they are paid are in the about page for this site.
What these pages do not promise
- No winnings. A slot’s return to player is a long-run average, not a result you receive in a session.
- No system. No stake pattern, timing or title beats the game’s maths.
- No licence finding. These pages teach you to check a claim against PAGCOR’s own published lists and make none for PH365.
- No account help. Balances, deposits and withdrawals are handled in the lobby, not here.
Sponsored links and the lobby
The Register and Login buttons lead to the operator’s lobby and carry a sponsored marking. Once you follow one, the lobby’s own terms, house rules and agreement apply to everything you do there, including the ₱100 account-opening deposit its registration agreement prints. Read that agreement before you tick it.
Accuracy and changes
Figures on these pages were read from the lobby and from named public sources, and each page says which. The lobby can change a limit, an address or a rule at any time, so confirm anything that touches your money on the lobby’s own help pages first. Send a correction through the contact page, naming the page and the line, and this page changes when the way the site works changes.
Play within limits
You choose the title, the stake, the session length and when to stop. The responsible play help and limits page lists where to get support if play stops being fun.
