PH365 Forgot Password: Recover Your Login Step by Step
Open the PH365 login form on the right address and select the GET P/W link under the Account, Password and Check Code boxes.
- Step 1
- Confirm the page you are on
- Step 2
- Open the login form
- Step 3
- Follow the recovery screen
- Step 4
- Ask the online chat if the screen stops
- Step 5
- Set a login password you can keep
You type your Account, your Password and the Check Code, and the PH365 login turns you away for the third time. Stop guessing. PH365 forgot password recovery starts from one link on the login form, and it only helps if you are on the right page, so run through the address list for today first.
PH365 forgot password: the route in order
Five moves take you from a locked login to a working one. Each is expanded in the sections below.
- Check the address bar against the day’s address list.
- Open the login form with the lobby’s LOGIN control.
- Select GET P/W and read the recovery screen.
- Ask the online chat if the screen has nothing left to offer.
- Set a login password of 6 characters or more and keep it.
Check the address before you reset anything
A reset started on a retired or look-alike page gets you nowhere, and a wrong page is the quickest way to hand a password to a stranger. Three checks take under 1 minute:
- Read the host in the address bar letter by letter against the day’s list.
- Look for a padlock and a page that matches the login form described below.
- Close the tab and start again from the address page if either check fails.
If the form does not load at all, you have a different problem from a lost password. Work through what to do when PH365 is not working and come back.
Find GET P/W on the login form
The lobby’s login form carries four things you need to recognise before you touch anything.
| On the form | What it is |
|---|---|
| Account | Your Member Account name |
| Password | The login password you are trying to recover |
| Check Code | An image code you retype |
| GET P/W | The link for a forgotten password |
Below the form sits a second line, “New around here? Join Us!”, which is for new players. Do not use it: a second registration breaks the one account per player rule printed in the registration agreement.
What to have ready on the recovery screen
Whatever the screen asks, you answer faster with these in front of you:
- Your Member Account name, which is 2 to 15 characters and begins with a letter.
- The Mobile number you typed into the Mobile field at registration.
- The Full name you registered, spelled as on your bank account.
Past the GET P/W link, follow the steps the recovery screen shows. This site reads the lobby logged out, so it does not describe screens that appear only after you select the link.
Ask the online chat when the screen runs out
The lobby lists an online chat among its support channels, and its Contact page says support is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Give the chat your Account name and what the recovery screen showed you.
A real support channel never asks for your password, your withdrawal password or a code sent to your phone. If a chat asks for any of those three, close it.
Keep the login and withdrawal passwords apart
The lobby’s Contact page FAQ describes separate login and withdrawal passwords. A new login password does not replace the one you enter under Online Withdrawal later.
| Password | Used for | Rule printed by the lobby |
|---|---|---|
| Login | The Password box on the login form | 6 characters or more, letters and numbers |
| Withdrawal | Online Withdrawal, after login | Separate from the login password |
How the withdrawal password is checked, and what else sits between you and a first cash-out, is laid out in what PH365 account verification checks.
Save the new password so this happens once
Google’s own Chrome help page describes the routine:
- Type the new password into the Password box.
- When Chrome asks to save it, tap Save.
- Next time, let Google Password Manager fill the Password box.
The Check Code still needs retyping every time, because it is an image check and not a stored value.
FAQ
Where is the forgot password link on PH365?
On the login form, which asks for Account, Password and Check Code. The link is labelled GET P/W, and a second line below it reads New around here? Join Us!
What if I forgot my PH365 account name as well?
Open the lobby's online chat and describe the registration: the Full name you entered and the Mobile number. The chat is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Nakalimutan ko ang password ko sa PH365, ano ang una kong gagawin?
Tingnan muna ang address sa address bar, tapos pindutin ang GET P/W sa login form. Kung walang lumabas na susunod na hakbang, magtanong sa online chat.
Does resetting the login password change my withdrawal password?
No. The lobby's Contact page FAQ describes a login password and a separate withdrawal password, so a reset from GET P/W handles the login side only.
