PH365 Contact: Where Each Question Goes
Use this contact PH365 guide to send each question to the channel that can answer it. Only the lobby can see your account, your balance and your withdrawal requests, so those questions never go to this site.
Contact PH365 guide: where each question goes
| Your question | Where to take it |
|---|---|
| A deposit that has not arrived | The lobby’s online chat, after 20 minutes, the point the How to deposit page names |
| A withdrawal request or bank card change | The lobby’s online chat; bank details cannot be changed after submitting |
| A forgotten password | The GET P/W link on the login form |
| A promotion you want applied | The 24x7 online customer service, after the deposit |
| A figure on these pages that no longer matches the lobby | The lobby’s own help page, which decides |
The lobby’s own channels
The lobby’s Contact page lists four channels and says support is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- The online chat on the lobby.
- Telegram customer service. Which handles the lobby prints on Telegram lists both and shows how to match them.
- A Facebook profile opened by the desktop lobby’s floating Facebook icon.
- The e-mail address
ph365@ph365.com.
Reach the lobby by typing an address yourself, then use the channel from its Contact page, never one from a message or comment. Keep a screenshot of the amount, the time and the reference for any deposit or withdrawal you raise, because the lobby lets you view transaction records for 30 days.
What to send, and what to hold back
A support question needs your account name, the amount and the time. It never needs more than that.
- Send your Member Account name, the amount in ₱ and the time of the deposit or request.
- Hold back your login password, your withdrawal password and the image check code.
- Hold back Telegram’s own login code and any wallet PIN.
How long to wait before you write
The lobby’s help pages give their own timings, so use them to decide when a message is due.
| Event | The help page’s own words |
|---|---|
| A deposit reaches your balance | “within 5 minutes in most of the time” |
| A deposit has still not arrived | Contact support if 20 minutes pass |
| A withdrawal with no problem | “can be received within 5-10 minutes” after review |
These are the pages’ own wording and not a promise, so write to the online chat once the printed window has passed.
Corrections to these pages
This site lists no e-mail address or chat of its own, so there is no inbox to write to. When a page here and the lobby’s help page differ, the help page governs your account, and you can read it after login. The pages state what the lobby printed on 19 October 2026, and about this PH365 guide and its sources says what was read and when.
